					| The Niagara Falls Phantoms defeated the Canton Indians, 7-4, in Eastern League action at Canton Ballpark, with Niagara Falls pitcher William Lobo named player of the game. Lobo went 6 innings to notch the win. He scattered 3 hits, walked 1, and struck out 2. His record improves to 19-2.  Ruud Reintjens recorded the save for Niagara Falls, his 22nd of the season. 
 Alejandro Soriano gave Niagara Falls a good at-bat in the top of the fourth inning. With the bases loaded, he hit a 2-run single to help send Niagara Falls to the win.
 
 "We'll keep playing hard and let the chips fall where they may," said Niagara Falls manager Dale Sveum.
