Commo Has Season End Tuesday, October 4th , 2050 "Not what I wanted to hear," said Johnson City's Tommy Commo to reporters this afternoon, as he revealed that the injury he sustained on 09/30/2050 would force him to miss the rest of the season. "The doctor made it clear," Commo said. "There's no chance for me -- none at all -- to come back this year. That's the last thing I wanted to hear." Commo has been out of action since he suffered a torn flexor tendon in his elbow. Checking out his stats for the season, Commo has registered 2 wins and 11 losses in 27 starts, posted a 9.06 ERA, and struck out 98 batters in 98.1 innings. |
