The team has eliminated the Mahoning Valley Scrappers 4-2 to advance to the Divisional Championship. Hudson Valley won the final game by a margin of 4-1 to clinch. Jonathan Holland was named series MVP for a strong pitching performance that included a 0.00 ERA over 8.2 innings pitched, with 10 strikeouts and a 1-0 record. "More of that hopefully to come," he told reporters after the series concluded. "I'll take as many personal trophies as I can as long as we win this thing."
