NL's Top Hitter Announced Saturday, October 1st , 2050 For a rookie just breaking in, Jeremy Moorehead certainly put together a successful month. It was good enough to win the NL Batter of the Month award for September. The 26-year-old left fielder for the Brooklyn Cyclones hit .419 with 2 home runs, 12 RBIs and 18 runs scored. To date Moorehead has chalked up a .292 average with 10 home runs, driven in 62 runs and scored 94 times. |
