Injury Derails Season for Hookway Monday, July 11th , 2050 Clearly dejected, Carlton Hookway left the Williamsport clubhouse nearly in tears this afternoon. He acknowledged that his season is over after sustaining a damaged elbow ligament in a ballgame recently. It brings an early end to the Williamsport reliever's season. So far this year Hookway has no saves in 18 relief appearances with a 2-0 record and 4.05 ERA. |
