Samuels Guns Downs 15 Chukars Tuesday, May 24th , 2050 Staten Island got the best of the Idaho Falls Chukars today at Richmond County Bank Ballpark. They won the game 7-0 behind the fine pitching of Kenny Samuels, who totaled 15 strikeouts in a sensational outing. Samuels notched the victory by holding the Chukars to 3 hits, while giving up 1 walk. To date this year Samuels has won 2 and lost 1 with a 3.58 ERA, 2 saves and 43 strikeouts in 18 relief appearances. |
