NL Choice for Batter of the Month is Zylstra Saturday, October 1st , 2050 Binghamton Mets fans believe they've got a talented young star in Eric Zylstra. He did nothing to dissuade that notion in September, as he hit .368 with 4 home runs, 14 RBIs and 15 runs scored. The end result was the second baseman being named the National League Batter of the Month. This year Zylstra is hitting at a .294 pace with 13 home runs and 57 RBIs. He has played in 147 games and scored 69 times. |
