Mudcats Move on to Division Series Friday, January 21st , 2050 The Carolina Mudcats made it look easy and are heading to the Division Series. They have ousted the Richmond Flying Squirrels in a sweep, the final win coming by a 3-1 score, clinching the 2-0 series win. "Everything's clicking for us right now," said Costantino Dolfini, who was named MVP for the series. Dolfini hit .571 with a .625 on-base percentage. He added 0 home runs, drove in 1 RBI and scored 2 runs. The Division Series matchups and schedule will be announced after the Round 1 finishes. |
