Injury Shuts Down Huemmer for Season Sunday, July 24th , 2050 The season will end prematurely for Adam Huemmer, the Erie reliever. He suffered a ruptured finger tendon on 07/21/2050, an injury that is serious enough to knock him out of action for the rest of the year. Huemmer was not available for comment. This year Huemmer has chalked up a 1.61 ERA with 1 save. In 17 relief appearances he has put up a 1-1 won-lost mark and struck out 29 batters in 28 innings. |
