Early Season End for Montoya Sunday, November 14th , 2049 "Not what I wanted to hear," said University of Georgia's Danny Montoya to reporters this afternoon, as he revealed that the injury he sustained on 11/11/2049 would force him to miss the rest of the season. "The doctor made it clear," Montoya said. "There's no chance for me -- none at all -- to come back this year. That's the last thing I wanted to hear." Montoya has been out of action since he suffered shoulder inflammation. In 9 starts this season Montoya has crafted a 5-1 record with a 0.55 ERA. |
