Injured Vasquez to Quit Game Tuesday, August 24th , 2049 Salvatore Vasquez, the 20-year-old reliever for the Clemson University Tigers, has decided to retire from baseball. He recently had been receiving medical treatment for a torn labrum. The injury not only will end his season, but also his career. "I have no regrets," said Vasquez. "I gave it all I had." The sport will sorely miss Vasquez and his contributions. |
