First-Year Fame: New York Hurler Honored Sunday, August 1st , 2049 Ken Dewey strung a bunch of high quality starts together in July to earn the National League Rookie of the Month trophy. For the month of July the 22-year-old Dewey recorded a 2-0 won-lost mark with a 1.46 ERA and 19 strikeouts in 12.1 innings. To this point in the season, Dewey has rung up 19 saves in 27 relief appearances. He has also crafted a 1.23 ERA, 3 wins and 1 loss and 40 strikeouts in 29.1 innings. |
