Cleveland (APP) Takes Division Series in Deciding Game Thursday, November 11th , 2049 The Division Series went the distance before it all was said and done. The Cleveland (APP) Indians and the Seattle (APP) Mariners went at it tooth-and-nail and when it was over at Cleveland Indians Complex, the winner was the Indians. They put away Seattle (APP) 8-3 to cinch the series and won the right to move onto the Conference Series. For his fine play, even in a losing effort, Seattle (APP) first baseman William Gonzales was given the series Most Valuable Player Award. He hit .375, scored 6 runs and batted in 12 to win the honor. "It's nice that someone noticed my numbers, but I'd trade it in a heartbeat for a win," he said. The Conference Series matchups and schedule will be announced after the Division Series finishes. |
