Season Over for Wellman Wednesday, August 25th , 2049 The news was not unexpected, but that didn't make it easier to accept for the Baltimore (APP) Orioles: reliever Killian Wellman is out for the year. Wellman suffered bone chips in his elbow on 08/23/2049. The team knew that the chances of seeing him return were slim to none. But today it was made official. This season Wellman has accumulated no saves, registered a 4.85 ERA and struck out 157 in 104 innings. He also has a 8-6 record in no relief appearances. |
