Spokane Takes Conference Championship Wednesday, October 27th , 2049 The Spokane Indians will continue the trek towards a World Series title, while the Vancouver Canadians are headed home for the season. Spokane won the Conference Championship with a clinching game 3-2 victory at Avista Stadium, concluding the series at 4-1.
