Castillo and Thomason Suspended for Free-for-All Wednesday, January 13th , 2049 Ivan Castillo of Carolina and Jon Thomason of Dunedin were the main participants in a recent bench-clearing brawl and today the league handed out its punishment. Castillo will have to miss 4 games for his part in the brawl, while Thomason was given 8 games. League officials announced their suspensions today. So far this year Castillo is batting .210 with 3 home runs. In no relief appearances this season, Thomason has no saves. He has no wins and 3 losses, 20.77 ERA and 12 strikeouts in 17.1 innings. |
