White Takes NL's Best Bat Award Friday, October 1st , 2049 For a rookie just breaking in, Jesse White certainly put together a successful month. It was good enough to win the NL Batter of the Month award for September. The 30-year-old first baseman for the San Antonio Missions hit .429 with 4 home runs, 22 RBIs and 24 runs scored. This year White has hit at a .335 clip with 78 RBIs, 18 home runs and 81 runs scored. |
