Lopez Whitewashes Corpus Christi, 4-0 Tuesday, September 21st , 2049 It was a dismal game for the Corpus Christi Hooks with Jose Lopez on the hill. The Jackson Generals starter was in top form and made it a long day for Corpus Christi with a 4-0 shutout. He surrendered a total of 4 hits and piled up 5 strikeouts to pick up the win in a rout. "No offense to the Hooks but that was a cakewalk today," Lopez said to BNN reporters following the win. So far this season Lopez has a 3-7 record with a 3.65 ERA. |
