It's Over: Braves Stop Galvan Friday, July 30th , 2049 The Gwinnett Braves clamped down on Jesus Galvan and put a stop to his hit streak. He went without a hit, ending the run at 23 straight games, but it didn't keep the Aces from winning. Reno downed the Braves 8-2. "It was bound to happen," Galvan said with a shrug after the game.
