					| Astros Edge Twins, 5-4 |
					| Bryce Hill made an impact in the 5-4 Houston win over Minnesota. Hill, who is tied for 2nd in the AL in home runs with 7, slugged 2 home runs. Mike Hurst, now 1-0, picked up the win in relief. He allowed no runs on 2 hits in 2 innings. Josh Sandoval earned the save, his 7th, for the Astros.
In the bottom of the sixth, Houston third baseman Eric Chotkowski put his team on top. With no one out and a runner on 2nd, he hit his 5th home run of the year. Minnesota pitcher Gerbrand van de Bilt served it up. Just like that, the Astros were ahead, 5-4.

"Nice to tuck this win away," said Hill.

The Twins fall to 5-14 and continue their unimpressive start to the 2049 season.
