					| Giants Sneak Past Reds, 4-3 |
					| The San Francisco Giants did just enough to sneak past the Cincinnati Reds, 4-3, at Great American Ball Park. San Francisco pitcher Chong-yeol Wong, in particular, had a standout performance. Caleb Mullinax picked up the save, his 36th. The Giants now own a record of 86-70.
Bobby Ayala went 1 for 2 with 2 walks for San Francisco. The former first overall pick had a key at-bat in the top of the eighth. With two out and the bases loaded, he broke a 3-3 tie with a run-scoring walk off Justin Ambrose. It was his 4th walk of the season.

"We're feeling good in this clubhouse right now after that one," Ayala told the San Francisco Observer.
