					| Blue Jays Edge Angels, 7-6 |
					| The Toronto Blue Jays beat the California Angels, 7-6, in part because of second baseman C.J. Richerson. He went 4-4 with a triple, 3 singles, and 2 walks, while scoring 2 times. Toronto reliever Zach Ault picked up the win, upping his record to 5-6. Keith Pratt shouldered the loss. The first-place Blue Jays have their sights set on making a deep playoff run.
The Blue Jays relied on left fielder Steve Jordan for the game-winning hit. And, in the bottom of the tenth, he delivered, hitting a run-scoring single to seal the deal.

"We'll pop the top on a cold beverage and get back to work tomorrow," Jordan said.
