					| Angels Take Down Mariners, 4-3 |
					| The Angels grabbed a win, 4-3, at Safeco Field, overcoming a fine effort from Seattle pitcher Aidan Smith. Smith went 7.1 innings and allowed no runs. Keith Pratt recorded his 3rd save for California. The current losing streak for Seattle has reached 11 games.
California used the timely hitting of Bjoern Waltersson to seize the win. The center fielder stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the 11th inning to put the Angels on top, 4-3. It was his only hit in 6 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.

"No time for flexing," said Waltersson. "It's always one game at a time."
