					| Red-Hot Kasahara Scorches Phillies |
					| 5 times is the charm -- at least for Yasuhide Kasahara.
The Atlanta Braves shortstop tore up the Philadelphia Phillies to the tune of 5 hits in 5 at-bats at Turner Field today. The offensive onslaught from Kasahara powered the Braves to a 13-4 win.

"Kasahara was a tough out today," Philadelphia manager Paul Husch said to the press in the postgame interview. "He hit some very good pitches with that quick bat of his. Not an easy out, that's for sure."

Yasuhide Kasahara singled in the 1st, singled in the 2nd, hit an RBI double in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, walked in the 7th and singled in the 8th.

Thus far this season Kasahara is hitting .329 with 7 home runs, 43 RBIs and 74 runs scored. He has 141 hits in 428 at-bats and has played in 107 games.
