					| Goof Hits 2 home runs in Braves Win |  
					| Getting a good performance from first baseman Floyd-William Goof, the Atlanta Braves defeated the New York Mets, 4-2. Goof hit 2 home runs, while adding 3 RBI and scoring twice for the Braves. Atlanta starter Jeremy Kasten was credited with the win after throwing 105 pitches over 6 innings. His record now stands at 12-4. Sam Schrecengost finished the game for Atlanta and earned his 28th save. 
 Goof made an early impact for Atlanta when he stroked his 21st home run of the season. The 2-run  home run, which came in the bottom of the third, put the Braves on top, 4-1.
 
 "We'll kick back tonight, then get set for the next one," Goof said.
 
 The losing streak for New York has now reached 5 games.
