					| 6 Straight Wins for Braves |
					| Las Américas Complex was the site of a exceptional pitchers' duel.
Danville right-hander Alex Mora helped his team edge Washington (APP) by the score of 2-1. Mora kept the opposing lineup in check. Jorge Segarra was credited with the save. He has now successfully converted 11 of 11 save opportunities.

An important at-bat for the Braves came in the top of the eighth, when first baseman Antonio Arguello stroked a solo home run. That made the score 2-0 in favor of Danville. For the day, Arguello went 1-4 with a home run.

"Alex was throwing strikes, locating well," said Danville manager Evan Longoria.

Danville has now won 6 straight.
