					| Reds Roll Over Giants, 10-3 |
					| A nice crowd turned out for a clash between the Cincinnati Reds and San Francisco Giants.
Chris Grunwald was a vital contributor to the 10-3 Cincinnati victory over San Francisco. The Reds first baseman went 2-4 with a home run, while scoring 2 times and driving in 3. Dave Rivera, the winner, goes to 8-3. He allowed 3 runs on 5 hits, with 2 walks and 5 strikeouts over 6 innings. Brad Jonas got credit for the save for Cincinnati. It was his 1st of the year.

The Reds got a big hit from shortstop Saulo Maina. In the top of the eighth, Maina pounded a 3-run home run to right. His 13th home run of the season put the Reds ahead, 10-3.

Grunwald told a Cincinnati Daily News reporter that he was "more than satisfied" with the win.

Cincinnati is in third place in the National League Central Division with a record of 41-47.
