					| The Chicago White Sox got a stellar performance from pitcher Ricky Salas, who handcuffed the Toronto offense en route to a win, 5-2, at U.S. Cellular Field. Salas went 8 innings to notch the win. He scattered 6 hits, walked 0, and struck out 8. His record improves to 11-2.  Earning his 21st save for Chicago was Jacob Taylor. 
 Sidney Pedder  aided the Chicago cause with a run-scoring  single in the bottom of the seventh. For the game, the catcher went 2-4 with 2 singles.
 
 Pedder called the win "a team effort."
 
 The White Sox improved to a lofty 61-26.
