					| Yankees Beat Visiting Angels, 9-5 |
					| A 3-RBI performance from third baseman Bartholomeu Chambino, who led the AL in wins above replacement with 8.5 in 2043, led the New York Yankees to a win over the California Angels, 9-5. New York starter Bret Davies was credited with the win after throwing 78 pitches over 5 innings. His record now stands at 2-5. New York has a 3-game win streak, while California has lost 3 in a row.
New York took a 9-5 lead on Chambino's 13th home run of the season. The 3-run home run, which he hit off Keith Pratt in the bottom of the eighth, propelled New York to the win.

"I know we have our doubters," said California manager Dakota Wise. "But I still have high hopes for this team."
