					| Los Angeles Decked by Henningar, Giants |
					| The San Francisco Giants beat the Los Angeles Dodgers, 9-2, at Dodger Stadium. The win was due in part to first baseman Jack Henningar, who went 2 for 4 with 2 home runs and a walk, while adding 4 RBI and scoring twice. San Francisco is now 45-38, while Los Angeles is 33-49.
With San Francisco leading 1-0 in the top of the third, Henningar hit a curveball from John Bialon for a 3-run home run. It was his 22nd home run of the season and put the Giants ahead, 4-0.

"Winning is all that really matters and we got it done today," Henningar told the San Francisco Observer.
