Tampa Bay (WIN) Takes League Championship
The Tampa Bay (WIN) Rays "proved we can handle pressure" by beating the League Championship and eliminating the Cleveland (WIN) Indians, according to series MVP Jonathan Fraire.

"This is the big stage, we're off to the World Series and looking towards the World Series," he said. "There's a lot of pressure at this time of year and it's only going to get more intense from here. But I think we can handle it just fine."

Tampa Bay (WIN) won the final game 5-0, to wrap up the series 4-2.

Fraire led his team to the series win by putting up a .458 average, with a .481 on-base percentage. He had 2 home runs, drove in 7 RBI and scored 5 runs.

The World Series matchups and schedule will be announced after the League Championship finishes.
