					| Brewers Edge Past Guardians, 2-1 |
					| The Milwaukee Brewers beat the Cleveland Guardians, 2-1, at Miller Park. Starting pitcher Travis Southern was a big reason why. He held his opponent in check all game. John Owens snagged the win in relief. In 2 innings, the right-hander allowed no runs on no hits. He's now 2-1 on the season. The Brewers saw their win-loss record go to 27-46. At the same time, the Guardians fell to 32-43.
Orlando Torres was the walk-off hero for Milwaukee. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Brewers designated hitter hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

Torres told a Milwaukee Herald reporter that he was "more than satisfied" with the win.
