					| Brewers Topple Pirates, 9-3, as Harvey Shines |
					| Though the conditions were not ideal, the Milwaukee Brewers and Pittsburgh Pirates came back from a rain delay to finish their game.
The Milwaukee Brewers beat the Pittsburgh Pirates, 9-3, at PNC Park. The win was due in part to right fielder Gabe Harvey, who went 3-5 with a home run and a double. He scored 2 runs and drove in 5. Dale Ahernfeld, 2-7, earned the win in relief. He allowed no runs on 1 hit in 4 innings.

Harvey had a game-changing double in the top of the seventh. On a 2-2 fastball from Josh Ambrose, he banged a 2-run double to left, giving the Brewers a 5-3 lead. It was the 8th double of the year for Harvey.

"Good baseball players make you a smarter manager," said Milwaukee manager Andy Pafko III.

Today's win puts Milwaukee at 25-44, while Pittsburgh falls to 42-27.
