					| Princeton and Detroit (APP) duked it out at Detroit Tigers Complex and the Rays came out victorious. 
 Princeton right-hander Doug Peternek was sensational in shutting out the Detroit (APP) Tigers, 2-0. The winning pitcher was Peternek, now 7-8. He tossed 5.1 innings of 1-hit ball, while walking 4 and fanning 2.
 
 Detroit (APP) had the bases empty in the bottom of the ninth. With no one out, Drew Shamis came to bat, hoping to do some damage. Instead, he struck out. The score remained 2-0, Princeton. The Tigers saw their comeback bid fail.
 
 Even with the win, the Rays have a dismal 51-98 record.
