Walton hits 2 home runs to Power Angels Offense
The performance of Jonathon Walton proved critical in helping California beat Toronto, 6-4. The Angels first baseman hit 2 home runs. He drove in 6 runs and scored twice. Marshall Barron was credited with the save. He has now successfully converted 4 of 4 save opportunities. California improves to 37-23 with the win. They lead their division by 4½ games.

In the first inning, Walton had a 3-run home run for California. It was his 8th home run of the season and put the Angels on top, 3-0.
