					| Texas Dismisses Cleveland, 11-2 |
					| The Texas Rangers defeated the Cleveland Guardians, 11-2, at Progressive Field. Texas designated hitter Tony Prado had a superb performance. He was 3-5 with 3 singles, while scoring 2 times and driving in 2. The loss makes Cleveland 15-26.
Texas used the timely hitting of Rich Chavez to capture the win. The second baseman socked a grand slam home run in the top of the sixth inning to put the Rangers ahead, 9-2. It was his only hit in 5 at-bats, but it was a big one.

"We'll try to build on that win," Prado told the Texas Daily News.
