Injury Shuts Down Zelaya for Season Monday, November 30th , 2048 In a news release, the Oregon State University Beavers announced that starting pitcher Edwin Zelaya would miss the rest of the season due to a torn labrum. Zelaya sustained the injury on 11/26/2048. He "will be sorely missed," said his manager. This year Zelaya has registered 5 wins and 2 losses in 12 starts with a 1.44 ERA while registering 56 strikeouts and 6 walks in 50 innings. |
