Ethan Ware Captures SL2 Award Monday, October 26th , 2048 It was announced today by the Sub League 2 that Florida State University shortstop Ethan Ware had received the Player of the Week Trophy for his superlative play last week. During his week-long batting binge he reeled off a .409 batting average, 9 hits and 4 home runs. Ware also racked up 8 RBIs and scored 6 runs. This season Ware is swinging the bat at a .269 rate with 47 hits in 175 at-bats. To date he has hit 17 home runs, scored 35 runs and driven in 41. |
