Winnipeg Takes Quarter-Finals Wednesday, October 28th , 2048 Fans of the Detroit Red Wings groaned when Settan Nakamura stepped up to the plate in the Quarter-Finals. And for good reason too, as the Winnipeg Goldeyes player was instrumental in guiding his team to a 4-2 series win over the Red Wings. The series was clinched tonight at Winnipeg International Baseball & Gold Complex, with Winnipeg coming out on top 5-4 in the deciding game. Nakamura's strong series included a .318 batting average, with a .375 on-base percentage. He had 1 home runs, drove in 2 RBI and scored 3 runs.
