Injury Update for Portland, Celestine Wednesday, October 14th , 2048 David Celestine will have to wait a while longer. The Portland starting pitcher was informed this afternoon that he will miss another 4-5 months with shoulder inflammation. The injury has kept him off the field since 10/12/2048. Though Celestine had hoped to return soon, he has no choice but to be patient. "Gotta stay focused," he said. "Gotta stay positive." In 1 starts this season Celestine has rung up a 2-2 record and a 2.03 ERA. |
