Avalanche Listless in 12-0 Loss to Invaders Friday, October 9th , 2048 Elias Reyes of the Roswell Invaders humiliated the Colorado Avalanche at Area 51 today, spinning a complete game shutout and holding the visitors to 2 hits. "He stayed aggressive and his ball was really moving," said Colorado manager Norman Veldwijk, after the game. Reyes whiffed 16 and walked 2 in the 12-0 win. "If I make good pitches, I'm going to get some outs," Reyes said. "I was making good pitches the entire game." This season Reyes has crafted a 4-16 mark with a 4.84 ERA in 156.1 innings. Opposing clubs are batting .231 against him and he has 198 strikeouts. |
