EL's Best Batter Picked Thursday, October 1st , 2048 Zach Chmieleski had quite a month with the bat in September and the Chester first baseman was crowned Eastern League Batter of the Month for his outstanding efforts. To win the honor, he batted .471 with 41 hits, 21 home runs, 40 RBIs and 30 runs scored. He also drew 25 walks to post a .610 on-base percentage. Chmieleski is currently batting .387 with 79 home runs and 154 RBIs. |
