					| | It's a No-No for Vaughan Wednesday, September 16th , 2048
Trois-Riveres Aigles starter Mo Vaughan came up big today at Field of the Devils with an exceptional 2-0 outing against the New Jersey Devils. Not only did he whip them, but Vaughan held them hitless, too.

"My arm was a bit sore in warmups," confessed Vaughan. "Sometimes you go out there and you're not feeling all that hot. You get into the game and all of a sudden in the seventh inning you look up and see the scoreboard and think to yourself, 'Oh, my goodness, I have a no-hitter!' You're so focused on what you're doing, it just happens."

In the course of the no-hitter, Vaughan collected 11 strikeouts and surrendered no walks -- a day good enough to get his name in the history books.

His record this year is 6-2 in 6 starts and Vaughan has a 1.31 ERA.
