Dvision 1 Announces October's Top Pitcher Sunday, November 1st , 2048 A relief ace was chosen the best pitcher in the Dvision 1 in the month of October. The top vote-getter was Scott Arthur of the University of South Carolina Gamecocks, who finished the month with no saves in no save opportunities. He had 6 wins and no losses with a 3.80 ERA.
