Great Day for Harring, Hits for Cycle Sunday, December 20th , 2048 It was a quite a day for John Harring at Surprise Stadium. He hit for the cycle, belting out every kind of hit there is -- a single, double, triple and home run. The Cleveland (WIN) left fielder accomplished the rare feat during his team's 8-3 victory over the Texas (WIN) Rangers. "I never even thought about hitting for the cycle and what do you know, I did it," he told BNN reporters at the postgame press conference. "The cycle really doesn't matter to me, it's the win that's important." Harring went 4-for-4 in the game with 3 RBI and 2 runs scored. John Harring doubled in the 3rd, hit a two-run home run off Harry Tuckfard in the 5th, hit an RBI single in the 6th and tripled in the 8th.
