The Helena right fielder had a fantastic 5-for-6 day against the Grand Junction Rockies, leading his club to victory, 31-0. "I was seeing the ball very well and it was going just about anywhere I wanted," Sakurai said later." Fumito Sakurai flied out in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, walked in the 4th, hit an RBI double in the 4th, singled in the 5th, hit a solo-shot off Mike Pierce in the 7th and hit a three-run home run off Mike Pierce in the 7th. Sakurai is currently hitting at a .331 pace with 58 home runs, 160 RBIs and has scored 137 times. |
