					| | Granados Stands Out in Vancouver Shutout Tuesday, September 1st , 2048
In an outstanding mound performance, Vancouver Canadians starter Robby Granados fired a complete-game shutout against the Mahoning Valley Scrappers at Nat Bailey Stadium today.

Granados was the key to the Canadians's 9-0 win. The 32-year-old right-hander was in high spirits on the mount for much of the game, his mood largely undented by the 2 hits and 1 walk he allowed.

"2 hits?" he said with a laugh following the game. "Listen, I'd be happy with a 30-hitter as long as it was a shutout."

This season Granados has logged no relief appearances, 162.2 IP, 223 strikeouts, and a 1.72 ERA. His W-L mark is 18 wins and 2 losses, and he has no saves.
