Power Davis Has 15 Ks Monday, September 21st , 2048 West Virginia Power starter Kyle Davis brought his best stuff to Appalachian Power Park today against the Greensboro Grasshoppers, striking out 15 batters in his club's 26-3 victory. In a strong performance, the 23-year-old Davis gave up 2 hits in his 7 innings of work and issued 1 walk. "I felt good out there," he said after the game. "My fastball had a lot of life and my fastball was sharp. It was giving hitters fits and working well for me." So far this year Davis has compiled a 10-7 record with a 3.70 ERA. |
