San Antonio Out of Time, Out of Playoffs Monday, September 14th , 2048 The San Antonio Missions will soon be packing their bags and heading home for the year. The 2048 season won't involve a playoff run for the club, as San Antonio was mathematically eliminated from playoff contention today. This is the club's 4th playoff miss in a row. They last appeared in the postseason in 2044.In total, the Missions have missed the playoffs 20 times in their 33-year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Missions have missed the playoffs 6 times. San Antonio last won the World Series in 2020. |
