Dunmire Spins 4-0 Shutout Sunday, September 13th , 2048 It was a smooth and solid performance by Andy Dunmire of the San Antonio Missions against the Columbia Fireflies today. He crafted a fine 4-hitter to blank the Fireflies 4-0. He chalked up 7 strikeouts and no walks along the way. "It certainly makes my job easy when my pitcher tosses a shutout," said San Antonio skipper Christopher Court. "I can just sit back, watch and enjoy." To date Dunmire has 2 saves with a 6-8 mark and 2.51 ERA. Opposing teams are hitting .220 against him. |
